My name is Jacob Counts, the founder of Counts Coaching Solutions, LLC.  I’m married and have two daughters.  I have a degree from Virginia Tech in Resource Management and have experience in: Sales & Marketing, Management, Healthcare, Behavioral Health, and Non-Profit.  I’ve worked in healthy team environments and not-so-healthy ones.  I have lead teams as small as 2 people and as large as 300.  I’ve had success and also learned from mistakes made along the way. 

I was exposed to GiANT, the 5 Voices Workshop, and their Leadership Toolkit at a Staff Workshop and quickly saw it’s potential. I am now a 5 Voices Certified Guide with GiANT Worldwide.  I like that it cost me something to get certified; it didn’t come easy. GiANT also provides accountability and on-going training; you want a coach that's held accountable and living out the principles they're teaching.
